Effective Date: June 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Rotor Parts Network website, products, services, quotes, inventory listings, parts sales, component exchanges, rentals, maintenance-related services, and any related communications with Rotor Parts Network.
By using this website, requesting a quote, purchasing parts, submitting information, or otherwise engaging with Rotor Parts Network, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Rotor Parts Network
Rotor Parts Network provides aftermarket helicopter parts, component support, exchange, lease, rental, quote review, and maintenance-related services, with a focus on Airbus and Safran helicopter components.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, systems, or data.
- Interfere with the proper operation of the website.
- Submit false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
Rotor Parts Network may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website at any time if misuse is suspected.
3. Product Information and Inventory
Product descriptions, inventory listings, availability, pricing, photos, documentation status, condition, traceability, life limits, and lead times are provided for general informational purposes only.
Rotor Parts Network makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but inventory and pricing may change without notice. A part listed on the website or downloadable inventory list is not guaranteed to be available until confirmed in writing by Rotor Parts Network.
All sales, exchanges, rentals, leases, repairs, or related transactions are subject to final written confirmation, inspection, availability, documentation review, and any applicable purchase order, invoice, quote, or separate agreement.
4. Quotes and Orders
Submitting a quote request does not create a binding order. A transaction is only binding once Rotor Parts Network accepts the order in writing or issues an invoice, sales order, purchase confirmation, or other written acceptance.
Rotor Parts Network reserves the right to reject, cancel, modify, or limit any quote or order for any reason, including inventory changes, documentation issues, export restrictions, pricing errors, payment concerns, or compliance requirements.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are valid only for the period listed on the quote. If no quote period is listed, Rotor Parts Network may revise or withdraw the quote at any time before acceptance.
5. Parts Sales
Outright parts sales may include new, used, overhauled, serviceable, repaired, inspected, or as-removed components, depending on the specific transaction.
The condition, documentation, certification, remaining life, and eligibility of each part should be confirmed before purchase. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that any purchased part is suitable, compliant, and approved for its intended aircraft, engine, component, jurisdiction, and operation.
Rotor Parts Network does not guarantee that a part is appropriate for a specific aircraft, installation, repair, maintenance event, or regulatory requirement unless expressly stated in writing.
6. Certification and Documentation
Parts may be available with FAA 8130, EASA, or other documentation upon request, as applicable. Documentation availability must be confirmed before purchase, exchange, lease, or rental.
The buyer is responsible for reviewing all documentation, certifications, tags, traceability, service history, life limits, and regulatory requirements before installation or use.
Rotor Parts Network is not responsible for delays, costs, rejections, or losses caused by a buyer’s failure to request, review, or verify required documentation before completing a transaction.
7. Exchanges, Leases, and Rentals
Rotor Parts Network may offer component exchanges, leases, rentals, engines, gearboxes, and other equipment on terms agreed in writing.
Exchange, lease, and rental transactions may be subject to:
- Core return requirements.
- Inspection and acceptance of returned components.
- Life-limited part review.
- Pro-rated valuation.
- Late fees.
- Damage fees.
- Missing documentation fees.
- Replacement costs.
- Security deposits.
- Separate lease, rental, or exchange agreements.
Customers are responsible for returning exchange cores, leased parts, rental parts, tools, accessories, and documentation in the agreed condition and within the agreed timeframe.
Rotor Parts Network may charge additional fees for late returns, damaged components, missing parts, missing records, incomplete documentation, altered components, non-serviceable cores, or components that fail inspection.
8. Maintenance and Repair-Related Services
Rotor Parts Network may assist with maintenance-related services, repair coordination, quote review, and component support. Any maintenance, inspection, repair, overhaul, or return-to-service activity must be performed by properly qualified and authorized personnel or facilities.
Rotor Parts Network does not authorize aircraft for flight, approve installations, sign maintenance releases, or assume responsibility for airworthiness unless expressly stated in a written agreement and legally permitted.
The aircraft owner, operator, mechanic, maintenance provider, or other responsible party remains responsible for compliance with all applicable aviation laws, regulations, manufacturer instructions, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, maintenance manuals, and operational requirements.
9. Payments
Payment terms will be stated on the applicable quote, invoice, purchase order, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before shipment or release of goods.
Rotor Parts Network may require deposits, prepayment, wire transfer, credit approval, or other payment arrangements.
Late payments may result in order delays, suspended service, cancelled orders, collection activity, or additional charges where permitted by law.
The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, bank fees, shipping fees, insurance costs, import costs, export costs, and other transaction-related expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping terms will be agreed upon in writing. Unless otherwise stated, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss may transfer to the buyer upon shipment, carrier pickup, delivery to a freight forwarder, or another point stated in the applicable written agreement.
Rotor Parts Network is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, force majeure events, incorrect shipping information, import holds, regulatory delays, or other delivery issues outside its reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and notifying Rotor Parts Network promptly of any damage, shortage, discrepancy, or documentation issue.
11. Returns and Cancellations
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are permitted only with prior written approval from Rotor Parts Network.
Returned parts may be subject to inspection, restocking fees, documentation review, condition verification, and rejection if altered, installed, damaged, incomplete, missing documentation, or otherwise not returned in the condition supplied.
Special order items, custom-procured parts, rental items, exchange items, life-limited components, electrical components, opened packaging, installed parts, or items sold “as is” may be non-returnable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
12. Warranties and Disclaimers
Any warranty applicable to a part, component, repair, exchange, lease, or rental will be limited to the warranty expressly stated in writing by Rotor Parts Network or passed through from the manufacturer, repair station, overhaul facility, or supplier.
Except as expressly stated in writing, Rotor Parts Network disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, airworthiness, suitability, compatibility, and regulatory acceptance.
No oral statement, website description, inventory listing, email, or informal communication creates a warranty unless included in a written agreement signed or otherwise formally accepted by Rotor Parts Network.
13. Aviation Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all parts, components, services, records, and documentation comply with applicable aviation regulations, including but not limited to FAA, EASA, manufacturer, operator, maintenance, import, export, and airworthiness requirements.
Customers must not install, operate, or use any part unless it has been properly inspected, approved, documented, and determined suitable by qualified personnel.
Rotor Parts Network does not guarantee regulatory acceptance by any authority, operator, maintenance provider, repair station, insurer, or aircraft owner unless expressly stated in writing.
14. Export Control and Trade Compliance
Customers agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, customs, import, anti-corruption, and trade compliance laws.
Products, components, technical data, records, or services may be subject to restrictions under United States law, foreign law, aviation regulations, sanctions programs, or export control rules.
Rotor Parts Network may refuse, cancel, or delay any transaction if compliance concerns arise, including concerns related to prohibited parties, restricted countries, end use, end users, documentation, or export authorization.
Customers agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or use any product, component, document, or technical information in violation of applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rotor Parts Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, aircraft downtime, loss of use, substitute parts, business interruption, maintenance delays, regulatory rejection, or operational losses.
Rotor Parts Network’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply whether the claim is based on contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
16. Indemnification
